Global parameters available in the GEN MODE screen are primarily related to the sweep
function:
CH LINK determines the channel coupling status:
OFF selects dual channel mode, with two independent channels.
CH1 → 2 couples the channels with CH1 slaved to CH2 .
CH2 → 1 couples the channels with CH2 slaved to CH1 .
SWEEP TYPE selects the type of sweep: ONE-TIME switches the generator off after a
single pass; CONT provides continuous sweeping as long as the generator
is on.
SWEEP DIR selects from an upward sweep, downward sweep, or alternating up-down
sweep.
INTERVAL sets the duration of a single sweep step: 100ms, 300ms, 500ms, 1s, 3s, 5s,
10s, 30s , INF . In the INF mode, pressing the ON button twice moves to the
next step.
Default values are
CH1 → 2, CONT, UP, 1s.
