Intenza 550 Ci is designed with 10 preset programs.
Workout procedure—

You need to input the
MAX SPM
for your own workout
target according to your physical ability. You may also
adjust the
SPM
and incline during the workout.
To enter into this workout on 550Ce2, follow the onscreen
prompt message.
Detailed instructions for Intenza 550Ci—
STEP 1
Step on Intenza 550Ci Stairclimber running platform.
STEP 2
If you want to save your workout record, insert USB device to the USB port. Choose
PRESET
by turning the Uni-Dial™ and press
ENTER
to confirm.
STEP 3
Choose
MODE ( HILL / SPEED )
by turning the Uni-Dial™ and press
ENTER

STEP 4
Select the desired profile and input the
WORKOUT TIME
you want by turning the Uni

During the workout, the data will be shown in the message bar under scan mode. Press
SCAN
to lock the workout data.

If you wish to pause the program, press

. In pause mode, the countdown timer will show up for 3 minutes, and the power will go off after
3 minutes. You can press
START
and run to restart the console.
STEP 9
Press
STOP
key, if you wish to exit the program before you reach your workout goal, press
STOP
again or allow pause timer to expire.
