Replacing the Front Panel Board 

1.  Observe the safety precautions at the beginning of this chapter. 
2.  Remove the cover from the chassis. 
3.  Unplug the cables from the front panel board.

4.  Remove and save the two mounting screws (Figure 46, B) from the board.  Remove the 

board (A) from the chassis. 

5.  Install the new board in the chassis using the two screws removed earlier. 
6.  Plug the cables back into the front panel board. 
7.  Replace the chassis cover if you have no additional work to do inside the chassis.
