Connect any cables to add-in cards that require them. See your add-in card documentation for
information and add-in card requirements.
Installing and Removing a PCI Add-in Card
Before removing or installing a PCI add-in card, please make sure following steps are performed.
1.
Ensure the AC power cord(s) are disconnected from the system.

Remove the filler panel from the add-in card slot and install the provided proper bracket as
shown (see letter

).
2.
Insert add-in card until it sits in the riser connector (see letter

).
3.
Secure add-in card with screw as shown (see letter
