Table 3 shows jumper settings for Setup
program functions. Figure 3 shows the location
of the jumper block. For each function, see the
step-by-step instructions that follow. For more
information about the Setup program, refer to
Chapter 2.

How to Disable Access to the
Setup Program
Observe the precautions in “Before You
Begin” (see page 41).
2. Turn off all peripheral devices connected to
the computer. Turn off the computer.
3. Remove the computer cover.

On jumper block
move the jumper
from pins 5-6 to pins 4-5 as shown below.

Replace the cover and turn on the computer.
