This section describes the options in the
Advanced
Configuration subscreen.
Base Memory Size
Sets the size of the base memory. The options
are:

ISA LFB Size
Sets the size of the linear frame buffer. The
options are:

Disabled (default)

4 M B
If this option is set to 1 MB,
or
the
ISA LFB Base Address field appears.
ISA LFB Base Address
Reports the base address of the LFB. There are
no options.
Video Palette Snoop
Controls the ability of a primary PCI graphics
controller to share a common palette with an ISA
add-in video card. The options are:

Disabled (default)
l
Enabled
ISA
Write Combining
Sets the
frame buffer address
to the processor’s Write
Combined memory type. The options are:
l
Disabled (default)
l
Enabled
Latency Timer (PCI Clocks)
Sets the length of time (in PCI clocks) an agent
on the PCI bus can hold the bus when another
agent has requested the bus. The options are:
l
Auto Configured (default)
l
Valid numbers between 16 and 128 (in
multiples of 8).
