The LAN subsystem consists of the following:
 Intel 82574L Gigabit Ethernet Controller (10/100/1000 Mbits/s)
 Intel NM10 Express Chipset
 RJ-45 LAN connector with integrated status LEDs
Additional features of the LAN subsystem include:
 CSMA/CD protocol engine
 LAN connect interface that supports the Ethernet controller
 Conventional PCI bus power management

