Stage 1: Setting up the Pro for baking

Place the steam rack on the bottom of
the inner pot, then place your baking
dish on top of the steam rack.
Leave approximately 1” (2.5 cm) of
space around all sides of the baking
dish to allow heat to circulate evenly.

Insert the inner pot into the cooker
base.

Place and close the pressure cooking
