It will give the user feeling of outdoor running.

Don’t exercise strenuously in fasting state.

Observe a water intake and don’t run for more than 60 minutes
continually.
Click on the REAL VIEW SPORT icon. There are three real view for selection (canyon, grassland,
seaside).
Click on the grassland icon and the page will show as below. The bottom of the page will show
exercise data. Use this icon
to display or to hide the data.
