•
ESSID: this is the name of the wireless signal which is broadcasted. All the devices in the
same wireless LAN should have the same SSID.
•
Mode: allows you to set the module in Access point Mode, client mode, etc. For un-
experienced users it is adviced to keep the module operating in Access point Mode.
•
Hide ESSID: hides the network name (SSID) from being broadcasted publicly.
•
WMM mode: this enables the Wifi multimedia network QoS feature. This prioritizes the
traffic of multimedia related data such as voice and video above other data/content on
your network.
