Problem Possible causes Solutions
When turned on, the device always
starts with a memory error. The battery, or its connection /
cable is damaged.
Memory error
Check the battery.
Check the soldering on the digital part
of the Main Board. Resolder the IC’s
except processor, or replace the Board.
PC connection does not work. The Innobase or device software
version is not appropriate.
PC settings (Com port selecting)
are not appropriate.
The USB cable is damaged.
The USB interface is damaged.
Check the Innobase version and the
Innobase software module version.
Check the device software version.
Check PC settings,
Check the serial cable,
Replace the Main Board
A single ECG channel is noisy. Some Lead(s) of the patient cable
are broken or placed not well. Replace the patient cable.
Several ECG channels are noisy. Some Lead(s) of the patient cable
are broken or placed not well.
The environment is too noise.
the mains ground protection
conductor is damaged,
or the amplifier is generating.
Check the patient cable, and the
electrode placement
Turn the device to battery mode.
Check the environment for
electromagnetic noise.
Check the mains ground protection
conductor continuity to the device
charging adapter connection input
point (-).
Check and repair the ECG amplifier
on the Main Board.
The mains filter (50 or 60Hz) has
no effect. The noise is not appropriate for the
mains frequency
or environment noise is too great. Check the mains frequency setting
and the environment for
electromagnetic noise.
Baseline movement is too great. May also be caused by condensing
humidity. Check if it was caused by condensing
humidity.
Make dry the device.
