5. Routine maintenance

Switch off the system and disconnect it from the AC mains supply before
carrying out any maintenance.
Important!
After performing maintenance, always run a complete check on the system
before putting it into production.
5.1. Safety compliance checks
Frequency:
Weekly
1. Check all emission warning lamps function and are clearly visible.
2. Check that all safety labels are present.
3. Check the correct functioning of Emergency Stop and external interlocks.
5.2. Chiller
5.2.1. General checks
Frequency:
Monthly
1. Check that the pump is running quietly.
2. Check for water leaks.
3. Monitor the water level and top up if required via the filler tube or level sight tube,
depending on the chiller model.
5.2.2. Water/water
Frequency:
6–monthly or as required
