8-5-3 Add Annotations to Media
Annotations must be added to media before saving and cannot be added
retroactively. Users can see annotations by reviewing images in the gallery.
Add annotations to an media as follows:
1.
Capture an image or record a video.
2. Using the touchscreen, tap Change next to Comments.
A keyboard appears.
3.
Use the keyboard by tapping the touchscreen to input notes. 42 is the
maximum number of characters available.
4.
Tap ✓ save changes and close the keyboard. Tap ▲ to access uppercase
letter and symbols. Tap X to cancel changes and close the keyboard.
5. Tap Save to save the image or video. Tap the Trash Can icon to delete the
image or video.
ANNOTATIONS MUST BE ADDED TO MEDIA BEFORE SAVING AND CANNOT BE
ADDED RETROACTIVELY.

8-5-4 Review Media
Media can be viewed at any time. The number of images and videos saved to the
device is shown to the right of the Gallery icon. Videos cannot be played using
the device.
Review media as follows:
1.
Using the touchscreen, tap the Gallery icon. Press and hold the thumbnails;
then, drag left or right to scroll through the gallery.
2. Tap the media to review. Media information is shown to the right.
3.
Tap ← to exit the gallery.
