VANGUARD ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MAIN STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY
A1.
Assemble the Base Frame to the Main Upright and Base tube using 2 – 3/8” x 3”
bolts, 2 – 3/8” x 2 ¾” bolts, 8 – 3/8” flat washers and 4 – 3/8” nuts. Do not fully
tighten the bolts at this time.
A2.
Assemble the Mid-Frame to the assembly created in Step A. using 2 – 3/8” x 3 ¼”
bolts, 4 – 3/8” flat washers, and 2 – 3/8” nuts. Do not fully tighten the bolts at this
time.
A3.
Assemble the MEC Lower Attach to the assembly created in Step B. using 2 – 3/8”
x 3” bolts, 4 – 3/8” washers, and 2 – 3/8” nuts. Do not fully tighten the bolts at this
time.
A4.
Attach the One Hole Bent Pulley Bracket and the Two Hole Bent Pulley Bracket to
the MEC Lower Attach using 2 – 3/8” x 3” bolts, 4 – 3/8” washers and 2 – 3/8” nuts.
