Consult the car owner’s handbook for the location of the top tether anchorage points.
If an extension strap is required then refer to Extension Straps on page 44.
An anchor fitting is required to attach the top tether strap and to complete the installation of
the Infant Carrier into your vehicle.
The Infant Carrier is supplied with a 2 piece top tether strap;
• Loop Tether Strap (attached to the Infant Carrier)
• Adjustable Top Tether Strap (connects the Loop Tether Strap to the vehicle anchor fitting)
THIS RESTRAINT MUST BE ATTACHED TO A CHILD RESTRAINT UPPER ANCHORAGE
POINT IN THE CAR. REFER TO CAR OWNERS HANDBOOK FOR UPPER ANCHORAGE
POINTS. REFER TO A CHILD RESTRAINT FITTING STATION IF NO UPPER ANCHORAGE
ARE IN THE MOTOR CAR.

Page 49-50 for the installation of the anchor fitting.
THIS RESTRAINT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WHERE THE TOP TETHER
STRAP MAY FALL INTO A SPLIT IN THE SEAT BACK OR OFF THE SIDE OF
THE SEAT.
