Can I put the chair onto an electric
carpet?
Do not place the chair onto an electric
carpet because it could cause a fi re.
The chair is very heavy, so it could damage the
heat generating parts of the electric carpet and
start a fi re.
Can I put the chair onto a wooden
fl oor or a heated fl oor?
Yes.
However, because the chair could damage the
fl oor surface, we recommend laying a carpet or
something similar under the chair. (Same applies
to other fl oor surfaces.)
How do I make the massage deeper?
Perform the following:
●
Sit back further in the chair so that your weight
is against the reclining seat back.
●
Set the intensity to "Hi" using the Intensity
button.
●
Remove the pads.
With the methods above, you can intensify the
massage.
How do I make the massage lighter?
Perform the following:
●
Attach the pads.
●
Set the intensity to "Lo" using the Intensity
button.
With the methods above, you can make the massage
more gentle.
Does the reclining seat back move
automatically after a program has
fi nished?
The reclining seat back moves
automatically after a program has fi nished.
However, it does not automatically raise when
reclining auto raise is cancelled using the Cancel
button.
Can someone who is under 150 cm (5 feet)
or over 180 cm (6 feet) use the chair?
Yes.
The shoulder position may be wrong when
shiatsu point locator is used. Adjust the shoulder
position after shiatsu point location has fi nished.
I spilled water on the chair. What
should I do?
There is a danger of an electric shock.
Immediately stop using the chair and
perform the following.
●
Set the main power switch located at the front
right of the chair to OFF.
●
Unplug the power plug from the wall outlet.
After performing the above, contact the
vendor for assistance.
