Using these is easy, just insert the nyloc nut into the plastic part, and push the two into the
TSlot. The parts will be retained to allow the second FR4 plate to be mated, and the screw
inserted.
Tip: if you have difficulties to insert the nyloc nut and the plastic part in the TSlot, first squeeze
the lower part in and twist the top in the hole instead of inserting it from the side
