9.6 Delay of system functions
To prevent inadvertent activation of various system
functions, the response to certain DMX commands
(e. g. RESET) may be delayed. The functions will
not be activated before the corresponding DMX
value has been sent for the delay time defined.
1) Press the button MENU to call up the setting
menu.
2) Use the button or to select the menu item
Function Delay
and press the button
ENTER to call up this menu item.
3) Use the button or to define the desired
delay time:

4) Press the button ENTER.
5) To exit the menu, keep the button MENU
pressed for more than one second.
9.7 Display backlight
There are two options for the backlight of the dis-
play (4): It is either permanently activated or auto-
matically deactivated approximately one minute
after a setting has been made. The backlight will be
switched on again when a button is pressed.
1) Press the button MENU to call up the setting
menu.
2) Use the button or to select the menu item
Back Light and press the button ENTER to
call up this menu item.
3) Use the button or to define if the backlight
is permanently activated ( On ) or automatically
deactivated ( Off ).
4) Press the button ENTER.
5) To exit the menu, keep the button MENU
pressed for more than one second.
9.8 Automatic test
An automatic test is available to check all basic
functions of the spotlight. During this test, all pri-
mary colours and white will be shown one after the
other in all LED groups, followed by pan and tilt of
the moving head.
1) Press the button MENU to call up the setting
menu.
2) Use the button or to select the menu item
Auto Test
and press the button ENTER to call
up this menu item. The test will start. During the
test,
Test... will keep flashing on the display.
3) To terminate the test, press the button ENTER or
MENU.
4) To exit the menu, keep the button MENU
pressed for more than one second.
9.9 Manual test
The manual test is used to specifically check a cer-
tain function. It can also be used for static operation
of the spotlight without controller in a given position
with any colour combination desired. However, the
setting will not be saved after exiting the test mode
or switching off.
1) Press the button MENU to call up the setting
menu.
2) Use the button or to select the menu item
Manual Test and press the button ENTER to
call up this menu item. Pan will be indicated.
3) Use the button or to select the parameter
to be set:
Pan pan angle
Tilt tilt angle
Red1 / 2 / 3 / 4 red in LED groups 1 – 4
Green1

4) Press the button ENTER. The value below the
parameter will start flashing.
5) Use the button or to set the desired value
and press the button ENTER to confirm.
Repeat steps 3) to 5), if required.
6) To exit the test mode, press the button MENU.
7) To exit the menu, keep the button MENU
pressed for more than one second.
9.10 Resetting the unit
To make a reference move of the moving head for
position adjustment (just like after switching on the
power supply):
1) Press the button MENU to call up the setting
menu.
2) Use the button or to select the menu item
Reset and press the button ENTER to call up
this menu item.
