Pinch one of the metal hooks at the end of the band to prevent the  Nomex wire from slipping off. Remember to insert 
the bands in the correct direction and direction (weaving in  Nomex outwards and cutting at 45 ° downwards). Tension 
the introduction bands as described above. 
 

TENSIONING AND REPLACEMENT OF IRONING BANDS (if necessary):

 

To tension the ironing bands in Nomex open the two side shoulders of the machine and screw the pins connected to the 
draft eyelet of the bands. Act symmetrically on the er inside the right shoulder and on the one inside the left shoulder so 
that the draft of the ironing bands is uniform. 
 

 

To  replace  the  ironing  bands,  the  upper  protection  should  be  used.  Open  the  two  side  shoulders  of  the  machine  and 
unscrew the pins connected to the draft eyelet of the bands. After completely loosening the old straps, remove them by 
removing them and replacing them one at a time with the new bands. 
Close the new bands, with the appropriate thread, above the introduction roller. Pinch one of the metal hooks at the end 
of the band to prevent the wire from slipping off. Remember to insert the bands in the correct direction and direction 
(weaving  in  Nomex outwards  and  covering  the  junction  in the  direction  of  rotation  of  the  roller).  Finally,  tension  the 
ironing bands. 
 

REPLACEMENT OF CONVEYOR BELTS IN NOMEX (if necessary): 

For the  replacement of the belts detach  linen to remove the lid of the roller and proceed to replace the belts detaches 
linen  by  knotting  them  or  gluing  them  with  the  appropriate  kit  that  can  be  requested  from  the  manufacturer.  Do  not 
overeating. 
 

ROLLER CLEANING 

If it is necessary to clean the chrome roller, use a brush with brass bristles. 

 

 ATTENTION! 

Cleaning the machine is extremely important. The accumulation of fluff could generate the risk of developing a 
fire!

BURNER CLEANING (for gas Ironer) 

 ATTENTION! 

There  is  a  risk  of  injuring  yourself  or  damaging  the  equipment.  Any  ordinary  or  extraordinary  maintenance 
must be conducted by professionally qualified personnel. Make sure all power supplies are disconnected before 
performing any type of maintenance. 

Open  the  left  side  with  the  appropriate  key.  Remove  the  suction  regulator,  loosen  the  fitting,  and  support  screws. 
Remove the ignition and flame detection glow plugs. 
Remove the burner and proceed to clean the outer surface using a rag. Check that the holes are not clogged. In case of 
partial or total obstruction of the holes proceed to cleaning. 
Nonuse screwdrivers or sharp tools that could cause damage to internal components.
