Chapter 2: Installation
To achieve levels other than those accessible by jumper settings, you
can use the Analog Audio Output Level Offset parameter. For more

Setting Jumpers for Balanced/Unbalanced AES Input
Follow this procedure to set the
BAL
/
UNB
jumpers for either a
balanced or unbalanced AES input on the DAC6800
+
BCA4 or
DAC6800
+
BCA4Z module.
1. Locate the jumpers
BAL
/
UNB
on the module.
See
for the location of the jumpers.
2. Place a jumpers on pins 1 and 2 to set the module to
Balanced
AES
input, or pins 2 and 3 to set the module to
Unbalanced
AES input.

Do this for both jumpers. Both jumpers must be set identically to
correctly change the signal path.
