Cipher anti-start indicator lamp
The lamp will be on when the
ignition switch is connected and
off when the engine control system is
recognized and connected.
High water temperature warning
lamp
If the lamp is on, check the coolant level
(see Pages 121-125).
Engine overheating may be caused by
various reasons, and please contact
either Dongfeng Franchise Store
or IKCO
authorised representatives
immediately in
this case.
Minimum fuel level warning
lamp
When the minimum fuel warning lamp
is lighted, it suggests that about 6L fuel
remains in the fuel tank for usage.
Please refill the fuel tank as soon as

Note:
If the indicator lamp flashes continuously,
it suggests that the wrong key is used
or the cipher anti-start system is failed;
thus the vehicle cannot be started in this
case.

ABS indicator lamp
After the ignition switch is turned
on, the ABS indicator lamp will be lighted
and then go out several seconds later.
The ABS is faulty if the lamp fails to be
off.
In this case, the ABS function is failed
but the vehicle can still be braked.
Engine malfunction warning
lamp
(automatic inspection system)
The warning lamp will be on when the
ignition switch is turned on and then off
when the engine is started. During the
travelling, if the warning lamp flashes or
comes on, it suggests that the engine
fuel injection system or the ignition
switch is faulty; in this case, please
contact either Dongfeng Franchise Store
or IKCO authorised representatives
as soon
as possible.
