自动化体积定量蒸馏：

仪器需首先进行预热，这可通过进行样

品蒸馏实现。

RV 10 auto:

 

旋转蒸发仪标配速度调节真空泵，内部排气阀和

压力测量室。

RV 10 control (

真空

通过内置真空控制器也可实现外部双位

控制真空。该情况必须使用到 

RV 10.4002 

实验室真空系统电

磁阀。

 

RV 10 control

使用真空泵可使玻璃组件内部产生真空。真空泵以恒速进行运

行，速度通常不可调。

当达到目标真空度时，吸入管会被切断。鉴于与真空值检测、真

空阀开关时的目标值对比存在着轻微的时间差，以及考虑到泵

的吸力，系统所产生的实际真空度会比设置的目标真空度稍微

低些。若因装置的自然泄漏导致系统压力值再次增大，真空阀

则会将吸入管打开。

可以通过滞后设置来设定真空阀的开关频率和准确性。

连接 

VC 2.4 

电源控制器，亦可实现真空泵电源的自动开启与

关闭，从而达到降低噪音并延长真空泵膜与马达的使用寿命的

效果。

实际真空值以所设置滞后的大小而在目标值周围上下波动。

使用双位控制时，自动化沸点识别功能不可用。

要实现速度

真空控制，必须用到带速度控制功能的真空泵；此

外，此处无需使用到 

RV 10.4002 

实验室真空系统电磁阀，切

勿将其连接到系统！这样，可将真空泵(例如，

IKA

 Vacstar digital 

速度控制型真空泵)连接到旋转蒸发仪背部的接口。

采用该种控制方法，真空泵的速度，即其吸力，则可得到降低

以接近所测量的压力值，从而达到目标值。

一旦达到目标真空度，真空泵就仅是根据系统的漏气率进行

运行。

采用该方法可使系统运行更安静，并实现更准确的真空控制

效果。

只要连接了适当的真空泵，

RV 10 

即可自动地启用速度

-

真空

控制功能。

该方法可自动识别沸点，即系统自动地使溶液达到并保持在

其沸点上。

在沸点自动识别模式下，则无需知道溶液的沸点；这与体积定

量蒸馏的模式相比，两种操作模式是相互补充的。
