1. Indicator light or digital tube doesn’t work.
a. Is there no power or power goes out?
b. Is the power cord inserted in the socket?
c. Whether the power socket is closed?

a. Is the ferment time too short?
b. Is the indoor temperature and milk temperature too low?
(if temperature is to low, it will need more time
on the fermentation).
c. Is the milk polluted?
d. Whether the starter cultures have lost activity?
a. Is the fermentation time too long?
b. Is the milk you buy or the starter cultures out of date or
has gone bad?
Note:
If the above suggestion is not of help and the problem could be due
to the defect of the yogurt maker, please forward the yogurt maker
to our service centre. Do not disassemble or change the inner
structure yourself.
