5 MAINTENANCE
It is recommended that the operations indicated are
performed by specialised staff.
Follow safety requirements scrupulously in all cases.
Before any Maintenance intervention, take the
counter to "0" ERO ENERGY STATE": Master Switch
(1) at “0” “OFF” (Fig. 22) and counter switch (2) at
"0" (OFF) (Fig. 23).
The foodstuffs must be removed before any
maintenance intervention, which may perish (Fig. 24).
AT T E N T I O N B U R N S H A Z A R D ! T h e
condenser unit temperature can exceed
90°C and the reactors can reach 60°C.
For this reason, you must wait until the unit has
reached environment temperature.
