The Intel® 915GME on the NOVA-9152 supports the memory modules with the following

specifications:

DDR2 only

64-bit wide

256-Mb, 512-Mb and 1-Gb technology supported using x8 or x16 devices.

Minimum memory supported is 128 MB

Maximum memory supported is 1 GB per SO-DIMM (system max. 2.0 GB).

Supports both 400 MHz and 533 MHz SDRAM SO-DIMM

2.4.2.2 NOVA-9102 Memory Support

The Intel® 910GMLE on the NOVA-9102 supports the memory modules with the following

specifications:

DDR2 only

64-bit wide

256-Mb, 512-Mb and 1-Gb technology supported using x8 or x16 devices.
