Please check if Dual Fingerprint Mode is set to "USE".

If you use Dual Fingerprint Mode, you can register 2 fingerprints for 1 ID just in case a finger

print is injured.

Set DUAL FINGER MODE to "USE" and transmit it to the device.

If the problem persists, please contact service center.
