If you registered a fingerprint, newly registered the ID without fingerprint.

See

[Operation] > [Registration mode] > [User card registration]

of the manual and register

an ID without fingerprint.

If the problem persists, please contact service center.

Errors keep occuring when registering a fingerprint.

5.1

Check if the status of the fingerprint is good.

If something had been attached to fingerprint or fingerprint had had a scar when you regist

ered, fingerprint recognition may not work properly. Remove it.

5.2

Place your fingerprint on the right position of the fingerprint scanner.

If not, fingerprint recognition may not work properly

If the problem persists, please contact service center.
