How to: Empty the reject ticket bin

1. Open the printer slide out tray (see How

To: Open and close printer tray).

2. Slide out the green-coloured reject ticket

bin. Remove any tickets.

3. Check there are no tickets jammed in the

reject ticket eject slot on the underside of
the printer, pull out if there are any.

4. Close printer tray, close passport reader

hood and close main right hand door (refer
relevant How To sections).

5. Check kiosk is secure (How To: open and

close

main right hand door).

Note: Dispose of any unused tickets by placing

the tickets in the SmartGate ticket bins.
