To Play back your messages
Press the
PLAY/PAUSE
button to play all new messages

Play messages
and memos.
The base unit's display will show the number of new messages and/
or memos (memos are counted as messages).
The machine will tell you the number of messages you have altogether;
and then the number of new messages. Before playing each new
message, it tells you the day and time it was recorded (according to
the day and time you have set the machine).
Press the
PLAY/PAUSE
button to play all new messages

Pause and restart message
and memos.
When you press the
PLAY/PAUSE
button, the base unit's
display will show
PA
. If you don't press the
PLAY/PAUSE
button to restart playback, it will restart automatically after a
2-minute pause.
After playing your new messages you can press the

Play all messages
PLAY/PAUSE
button again to play all your messages.
To repeat the current message, press the
REWIND/OGM
button.

To replay the previous message, press the
REWIND/OGM

button twice.
To skip to the next message, press the
FAST FORWARD/

Skip/Fast Forward
MEMO
button.

VOLUME -

buttons under the base unit

To adjust the volume of the loudspeaker during playback:
display (there are 10 volume levels including
L0
for 'off').
