When installing using two mounting screws, install 

one on top and the other on bottom. If both mounting 

screws are installed either on top or bottom only, the 

rear unlocking button kit cannot be installed securely, 

resulting in failure.

Note:  With the mounting hole dimension, the rear unlocking 

button rod does not touch the hole even when the 

interlock switch moves sideways.
