Installation and Servicing
64 CONDENSATE 'S' TRAP REPLACEMENT
1.
Refer to Frame 52.
2.
Remove the casing front & bottom panel.
Refer to Frames 44 & 45.
3.
Swing the control box down into the servicing
position. Refer to Frame 46.
4.
Disconnect the condensate drain pipe.
5.
Remove the securing screw and elongated bolt,
pull the trap down and forward to remove.
6.
Transfer the drain pipe to the new trap and
reassemble in reverse order.
7.
When reassembling ensure the trap is full of water.
8.
Check operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.
65 DHW THERMISTOR REPLACEMENT
1.
Refer to Frames 52 & 72 for draining the appliance.
2.
Remove the casing front & bottom panel.
Refer to Frames 44 & 45.
3.
Remove the 4 screws securing the support plate and
withdraw the plate.
Note.
The M4 screws fit the casing and the self-tapping
screws fit the plastic pump and valve housings.
4.
Withdraw the securing pin.
5.
Disconnect the electrical lead.
6.
Ease out the sensor and discard.
7.
Fit the new sensor, ensuring silicone grease is applied
to the 'O' ring.
8.
Refit the securing pin.
9.
Reassemble in reverse order, ensuring correct location
of screws in support plate, and that tabs on the pump
and valve housings engage in slots.
10.
Check operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.
