Push [PTT] to transmt the rado nhbt sgnal to the target
staton.
• The Busy/Transmt ndcator (for Handhelds) or Transmt ndca-
tor (for Mobles) lghts red.
• “ PLEASE WAIT ” s dsplayed.

Release [PTT] .
• “ ACK RECEIVED ” s dsplayed after recevng an acknowledge-
ment from the target staton, and then the transcever returns to
normal operaton.
• “ NO ACKNOWLDG ” s dsplayed when an acknowledgement s
not receved, and then transcever returns to normal operaton.
D Receiving
If a rado nhbt sgnal s receved that matches your Indvd-
ual ID, you cannot receve or transmt afterwards. (Dependng
on the pre-settng.)

When a rado nhbt sgnal s receved;
• The Busy/Transmt ndcator (for Handhelds) or Busy ndcator
(for Mobles) lghts green.
• The rnger sounds. (Dependng on the pre-settng.)
• “SORRY” (default) appears. (Smple and 10-key types only)
For Handheld types: For Mobile types:

NOTE: The transcever wll not be revved untl one of fol-
lowng operatons s performed. (Dependng on the pre-
settng.)
• Recevng a rado unnhbt sgnal.
• Inputtng the user passcode.
When the decode acton s set to “Kll,” the clonng opera-
ton s necessary to revve. Ask your dealer for detals.
