7. Pull the dasher bundle from the cylinder, clean
the inside of the cylinder with a brush, and then
wipe with soft cloth.
8. Separate the blade and mixing shaft of the dasher
bundle, clean with brush, and remove any moisture
with soft cloth.
9. Remove the piston from the dasher cover and take
out the packing.
Be sure to clean the grooves of the piston.
6. Loosen the dasher cover bolts two by two in the
diagonal direction as in the figure on the right
to remove the dasher cover from the product.
caution
Be sure to wear rubber gloves when cleaning the inside of the product.
Failure to do so may cause electric shock or injury.
How to clean
The dasher bundle has different shapes on each side.
