Even though the product is functioning normally, unfamiliarity with the product or any trivial factor may
cause malfunction. Check the items below to resolve any simple issue. If the issue persists even after
checking the following items, contact the customer service center:
Status
What to check
The machine
does not start
operating.
1. Please check if the earth leakage circuit breaker or the switch is turned off.
The machine
does not stop but
keeps operating.
1. Check if the ventilating hole has too much dust - remove the filter and dust it.
2. Too short distance from the wall and lack of proper ventilation also cause such issue
- make sure that the distance from the wall is at least 20~50 cm.
3. Check if the carburetor hole is clogged and clean it thoroughly.
4. Check if the temperature of the ventilation hole (inlet) at the bottom is too high
(should be maintained at a minimum of 38℃).
The ice cream
is too
soft or watery.
1. Check if the carburetor is properly installed.
2. If no ice cream is made for more than 3 hours, melt ice cream with the "REGENERATE" function, and then make
ice cream again (plug the carburetor hole for REGENERATE).
3. Check if the ingredient has too much sugar and adjust the level of sugar appropriately.
(If an ingredient different from the one used for training is used, readjust the ice cream level value or contact the
customer satisfaction team.)
The machine
makes too much
noise.
1. The product may cause more noise than other consumer appliances.
The product is designed to generate noise lower than 70dB. If you think that the noise is too loud, contact the
customer satisfaction team.
2. The initial operation may generate a clacking noise, which is normal; it comes from the plastic blade (dasher
blade) that hits the cylinder wall when ice cream is made.
The cup is on
the cup holder
(feeder) but it
does not go up
or move.
1. Press the button after putting the cup (for self-sales).
2. Make sure there is no foreign object on the cup sensor.
3. This also happens when the ice cream making process is not completed.
4. 'Ice cream can be sold in AUTO mode only.
Too little amount
of ice cream
is discharged.
1. The amount of ice cream can only be set by the administrator.
It is set as "B" by the manufacturer, but may vary depending on the type of ingredient or in case of overrun.
Refer to the user instruction for details on how to set it appropriately.
2. Check if the low ingredient indicator blinks. If the status is "MIX LOW," the amount of ice cream may
decrease.
Make sure that a sufficient amount of ingredient is in the maker to prevent the MIX LOW status.
3. The size of the carburetor hole may cause a difference in the amount of ice cream. Set the size to big
to increase the amount.
4. Check if the ice cream level is set too high.
(Higher level means little amount, whereas lower level means excessive amount. If the level is too high,
there may be no ice cream.)

It is set as "B" by the manufacturer, but may vary depending on the type of ingredient or in case of overrun.
Refer to the user instruction for details on how to set it appropriately.
2. Ice cream can get softer or watery as time goes by, so the discharge amount can be increased.
In this case, please use the ‘REGENERATION’ function (‘DEFROST’ + ‘AUTO’ button)
to re-establish the ice cream quality.
3. There could be deviation in the discharge amount of ice cream according to the carburetor hole size.
Using the smallest hole may cause less discharge amount.
4. Haven’t you set the ice cream level too low?
(Setting the ice cream level high causes less discharge amount and setting it low causes more
discharge amount of ice cream. If you set the ice cream level too high, the ice cream may not be
discharged at all.)
