Even if overrun is improved with a smaller hole, the amount of ice cream may
vary depending on the amount of ingredient in the hopper.
The smaller the amount of ingredient that the hopper has, the bigger the overrun
will become, and vice versa.
The carburetor has two components.
The one inserted into the hopper is "BODY," with a “TUBE" going
into the body.
The tube is open on both sides and cannot be inserted in the
wrong direction.
The carburetor hole is clogged.
Match the projecting part on the upper “BODY" to the upper part
of the "TUBE" without a hole so that the hole in the lower part
of the "BODY" is plugged.

How to adjust the carburetor
When adjusted the carburetor hole to the biggest one.
Matching the projecting part at the top of the‘carburetor body’
with the biggest hole at the top of the‘carburetor tube’will make
the biggest hole at the bottom of the carburetor body match
with the biggest hole at the bottom of the carburetor tube.
It will make the over-run lower and the ingredient goes into
the cylinder a lot which is suitable for continuous discharge
(high sales volume).
Conditions : For operation / When the ingredient viscosity is high.
When adjusted the carburetor hole to the middle one.
Matching the projecting part at the top of the‘carburetor body’
with the middle hole at the top of the‘carburetor tube’will make
the middle hole at the bottom of the carburetor body match
with the middle hole at the bottom of the carburetor tube.
It will make the over-run average and the ingredient goes into
the cylinder moderately which is suitable for average sales volume.
Conditions : For operation
When adjusted the carburetor hole to the smallest one.
Matching the projecting part at the top of the‘carburetor body’
with the smallest hole at the top of the‘carburetor tube’will make
the smallest hole at the bottom of the carburetor body match
with the smallest hole at the bottom of the carburetor tube.
It will make more over-run and the ingredient goes into the cylinder
slowly which is suitable for low sales volume.
