Press“SET”button longer than 3seconds to enter the mode where
you can change the setting values as shown below.
Press the“DEC”,“INC”buttons to move from item to item and
press the button“SET to change the value. The item will flicker by
pressing the button“SET”once and press the“DEC”,“INC”
buttons to change the values. Press the button“SET”once again
to move to other items.
If you want to change several values in one item, you can move with
the button“SET”. After having changed the last value, it will move
to the first display screen of the selected item.
You can leave the setting mode by pressing the button“SET”over 3
seconds once more.

2. TEMPERATURE SELECT
In case of the discharge amount is over 125g or less than 55g (When the discharge amount
standard is 90g±35g.) Variation on the discharge amount can be reduced by adjusting the piston
setting value.
3-7 : This is the section you can choose ice cream
ingredient type from 1 to 4. The machine will be
adjusted to the selected ingredient.
Detailed setting for each item can be adjusted at
“3-8”section.
[1] Low fat ingredient (Approximately 4% and less of butterfat)
[2] Normal ingredient (Approximately from 4% to 8% of butterfat)
[3] High fat ingredient (Approximately 8% and more of butterfat)
[4] Powder mix ingredient
3-8-1 : Detailed setting for the 4 types of ingredient that
are displayed on the “3-7” section can be
adjusted. Choose from 1 to 4 and you can enter
to the “3-8-1” section by pressing the button
“SET” after.
3-8-5: You can set the duration of the piston open
time that is applied after piston motor operation.
Setting this piston open time shorter or longer
can make the discharge amount of ice cream
smaller or larger.
