Dasher and dasher cover assembly method
Dasher assembly
1. Assemble the dasher lug pom by turning it onto the
dasher blade.
2. Apply food grade grease on the shaft and insert it into the dasher.
3. Check the direction of the packing javara and push it as
deep as possible to prevent from coming off.
4. Insert the dasher assembly into the cylinder.
