complete
the
installation,
complete
the
following
steps:
1.
If
you
removed
the
server
cover,
replace
it
and
close
the
fan
doors.
For
more

cover.”
2.
Slide
the
server
back
into
the
rack.
If
you
removed
the
server
from
the
rack,
see
the
Rack
Installation
Instructions
that
come
with
the
server
for
instructions
for
installing
the
server
in
the
rack.
3.
Connect
the
cables
and
power
cords.
For
more
information,
see
“Connecting
the
cables.”
4.
Update
the
server
configuration.
See
“Updating
the
server
configuration”
on
page
39
for
more
information.
Replacing
the
server
cover
To
replace
the
server
cover,
complete
the
following
steps:
1.
Make
sure
that
all
internal
cables
are
routed
correctly.
2.
Slide
the
cover
forward,
making
sure
that
all
the
tabs
on
the
front,
rear,
and
side
of
the
cover
engage
the
chassis
correctly.
3.
Close
the
fan
door
and
slide
the
fan
cover
release
latches
to
the
right
to
lock
the
cover
in
place.

Tighten
the
thumbscrew
at
the
back
of
the
server.
5.
Slide
the
server
into
the
rack.
