Starting the OS/2 2.1 Operating System
from the Additional Hard Disk
To start up the OS/2 2.1 operating system from the additional hard
disk, you must use the Boot Manager.
Notes
In the Start Up menu, click on the “Reset” icon for the Boot
Manager to start up correctly.

To boot the OS/2 2.1 operating system from the SCSI HDD,
the SCSI ID of the HDD should be set to 0 to have the Boot
Manager recognize the HDD.
You need the OS/2 Installation Diskette and Diskette 1 that is supplied
with the OS/2 2.1 operating system. To start up the operating system
from the additional hard disk, do the following.
1.
Install the additional hard disk
in the Dock II.
