5962 IDE CD or DVD drive configuration error.
1. Run the Configuration/Setup Utility program,
select Load Default Settings , and save the
settings. See “Starting the Configuration/Setup
Utility program” on page 14
2. Reseat the following components:
a. CD or DVD drive power cable
b. CD or DVD drive IDE cable
c. CD or DVD drive
3. Replace the following components one at a time,
in the order shown, restarting the server each
time:
a. CD or DVD drive power cable
b. CD or DVD drive IDE cable
c. CD or DVD drive
d. (Trained service technician only) I/O board.
