Attention:
Do not touch the thermal grease on the bottom of the heat
sink after you remove the plastic cover. Touching the thermal grease will
contaminate it. See “Thermal grease” on page 89 for more information.
c. Lower the rear flange of the heat sink into the opening in the retainer
bracket and press down firmly on the front of the heat sink until it is seated
securely.
d. Rotate the heat-sink release lever to the closed position and hook it
underneath the lock tab.
8. Reinstall the microprocessor 2 air baffle (see “Replacing the microprocessor 2
air baffle” on page 104).
9. Install the sixth fan (see “Installing a hot-swap fan assembly” on page 90).
