IPX Settings Notes
• Select VIEW to see a list of
connected file servers.
• Select CHANGE to delete all existing
connections to NetWare file servers
and print servers, and begin
connecting a new set of file servers
and print servers to the printer.

The printer displays the first item in a
scrollable list of available NetWare file
servers.
• Select the file server within which
you created a print server and queue
for the printer.
• When you select a server, the printer
immediately tries to log in to the
server as Guest without a password.
If successful, the printer skips over
the FS LOGIN menu item and goes
to “Print Server” on page 6–21.
NetWare
Selecting YES enables the printer to
attach to a print server on a NetWare file
server.
FS Login
(Appears only if the printer cannot log in as Guest)

• Selecting Login Name allows you to
login as Guest or to enter a login
name.
• Selecting Supervisor or Admin skips
to the FS PASSWORD menu item.

• Select GUEST to again try to log in
with the Guest login name.
• To enter a different File Server login
name, use the Menu Scrolling push
