If the server is running, shut down the operating system and turn off the
server.
2. Disconnect the power cords from the server.
3. Connect the power-supply adapter cable to the external power-supply
connector on the Remote Supervisor Adapter II.
The following illustration shows the location of the power-supply connector
on a Remote Supervisor Adapter II installed in a tower-model server.
