Installing Memory-Module Kits
c. Pull the memory riser card out at that angle, and place it on
a flat nonconductive surface with the memory-module kits
facing up, and the connector facing away from you.
2. Touch the static-protective package to any unpainted metal
surface on the server. Then remove the memory-module kit
from the package.

3. Install the memory-module kit:
a. Turn the kit so that the notched end is on the left.
b. Hold the kit angled toward you at a 45-degree angle, then
insert the kit into the connector.
c. Pivot the kit away from you until it snaps into place.
d. Repeat these steps for each kit that you install.

Note: You must install the memory-module kits in pairs of the
same size.
