A GPU adapter error has occurred.
1.
Make sure that the GPU adapter installed
in the PCIe connector is supported.
2.
Check the auxiliary power cable.
3.
Replace the GPU adapter installed in the
PCIe connector.
4.
(Trained service technician only) Replace
the expansion unit.
CFFh
A CFFh adapter error has occurred.
1.
Make sure that the adapter installed in the
CFFh connector is supported.
2.
Reseat the adapter installed in the CFFh
connector.
3.
Replace the adapter installed in the CFFh

An error has occurred in the expansion unit.

The Dynamic System Analysis (DSA) Preboot diagnostic programs are the primary
method of testing the major components of the server. DSA is a system information
collection and analysis tool that you can use to provide information IBM service
and support to aid in the diagnosis of the system problems.
