Error Message "Malfunction"
In case of some internal error, the TRT33A will display massage
“Malfunction”. In this case restart the
TRT33A device.
If the error occurs repeatedly, please contact IBEKO P

Error Messages "Error printer" and "Check paper"
The message "Error printer"
is displayed if hardware error is apparent at the printer. Check whether
black shaft is in proper position. If yes, and the error occurs repeatedly, please contact IBEKO P
OWER
AB (refer to section
”Manufacturer Contact Information”).
The message "Check paper"
is displayed if the printer is out of paper.
The paper roll should be aligned with the paper intake without horizontal offset, and central axis of the
paper roll must be parallel with the printer, as shown at Figure 7-6. Also, pay attention to insert paper in
proper way to the printer, since it must enter paper intake from the lower side of paper roll.
In case that the paper is not properly aligned, black shaft should be pushed down to loosen the paper
(see Figure 7-6). After that, align the paper and pull up black shaft in proper position.
