Test info
Test object
Test object field is intended to store test results in a database, so it can be later recalled to be analyzed
and compared with previous test results.
Test information
In this field the operator can enter basic information about the operator, supervisor and the Job ID of a
certain test.
Environment conditions
In this field the operator can enter basic information environment conditions such as temperature,
humidity and pressure.

Measurement
The way to measure the turns ratio, excitation current, phase angle is described in details in the TRT33A
Manual.
The test can be performed using DV-Win software. If a user wants to analyze these results later, it
should be saved on the hard disk. The table is going to be saved as a PDF, XLS, DOC and RTF file, so it
can be later used with all Excel functions.
After all connections are properly done and DV-Win is started, chose the Measurement mode by clicking
with the mouse on the
Measurement
tab.
After you select the test object (transformer or autotransformer), set the measurement parameters such
as:
- Configuration (vector group, ie. type of test)
- Test Voltage
- Test Frequency (if TRT33A is supplied with DC voltage)
- Name plate Voltages (optional, if you want TRT33A to calculate ratio deviation)
- Tap Changer position
(optional, if you are testing tap changer’s ratio)
