2.3.3 Mounting Surface
• The side and bottom surfaces of the base on the actuator work as the datum surfaces for the
side of the slider.
Use these surfaces as the datum surfaces for mounting.

Please follow the diagrams below for machining to mount on to the frame using the base
surface:
When implementing the machining, consider the thickness of the cover to avoid interference to
the front and rear cover on the side of the actuator.
2 to 5mm
R0.3 or less
The base sides are referred as the datum surface for the slider’s run.
When the accuracy is required for the operation, utilize these surfaces.
