Troubleshooting
There is noise or the sound suddenly cuts out while playing mu-
sic from a USB-DAC.
•
This is because the music is being played at a high rate.
If the USB-DAC is connected to the USB 2.0 port, it may be
improved by switching it to connect to the USB 3.0/2.0 port.
Gapless playback cannot be performed.
•
The load on the system is temporarily rising.
Media server database construction or settings changes, etc.
are raising the load on the system. Wait until these jobs are
finished to play music.
Examples of the occurrence timing of media server data-
base construction
• While adding music
• Immediately after removing or inserting a USB HDD
• Immediately after start-up
• When inserting a music CD (during the CD transport function)
• After changing each type of setting
• When importing music from a USB HDD
• When executing the following items in media server settings
Restarting the server, rescanning contents folders, and reset-
ting to defaults.
Checking whether database construction is being per-
formed
Check by going to [Media server settings] > [Status]
