Troubleshooting
The front indicator is lit in red.
•
There may not be enough space on the USB HDD for storing
backup data.
Please access the backup destination (bkup folder) from a PC,
and delete any unnecessary files.

There may be a problem with the USB HDD used for backup.
Please check whether the USB HDD is connected correctly.
If it is connected correctly, there is a possibility that the USB
HDD has failed.
In addition, please use this unit to format the USB HDD when
connecting it for the first time.
•
There may be a problem with the built-in disk of this unit.
After removing the USB HDD, please turn off the power to this
unit and then turn it on again. If the indicator is lit in red, a
problem has occurred with the built-in disk.
Contact the dealer you purchased this product from, or the
customer service centre of your sales representative.
•
There was a problem with importing while importing a music CD.
[If the music CD is ejected immediately, or the indicator is lit
red.] (page 62) .
Track information was not included for the music track that was
imported from the music CD.
•
The music track was imported, but track information could not
be found with Gracenote.
If you only want to import music when track information was found,
set “Gracenote settings” > “No track information” in [USB CD/DVD/BD
drive settings] to [Do not import] (initial value) on the settings screen.
